Terms of service

weddings

  • Reservation of the date and videographer's services are only guaranteed upon receiving a £200 deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date.

  • The videographer reserves the right to use the video footage, photographs, and stills for promotional purposes.

  • In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The final video will be completed within 3 months of the wedding date.

  • The package price does not include any re-edits once the client has received the film. Any additional editing will be charged at an hourly rate.

  • Once the client receives the USB, the highlight film is theirs to share as they see fit.

  • Evergreen Films and the videographer will have no liability in the event that the video materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or card malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the videographer. Should the videographer be unable to film due to unforeseen circumstances, the videographer will not be held liable however, the client will be notified at the earliest opportunity, a full refund will be given and Evergreen Films will aid the clients in finding a replacement videographer to the best of their ability.

  • Reservation of the date and videographer's services are only guaranteed upon receiving a £150 deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due 1 month after the event date.

  • In the event of late payment, a 10% surcharge will be added each week until payment is received.

  • The videographer reserves the right to use the video footage, photographs, and stills for promotional purposes.

  • In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • The final video will be completed within 1 month* of the event date or date of shooting.

  • The client will receive the files through an online transfer. Once received, it is theirs to share as they see fit.

  • Evergreen Films and the videographer will have no liability in the event that the video materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or card malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the videographer. Should the videographer be unable to film due to unforeseen circumstances, the videographer will not be held liable however, the client will be notified at the earliest opportunity, a full refund will be given and Evergreen Films will aid the clients in finding a replacement videographer (if the client so wishes) to the best of their ability.
